"Jamie is the most wonderful chiropractor. I have been seeing him for treatment on and off for a few years and wouldn't go to anyone else now. He's talented at what he does but brings a holistic knowledge and approach to how he treats you. He combines excellent treatment with a lovely bed side manner."

Steve, D.

"Jamie’s treatment has made a huge difference to my physical health, and for someone who has seen many, many chiropractors, what has kept me with Jamie all these years is because every session is professional, thorough, and tailored specifically to what my body needs that day."

Kizzy, D.

"I have noticed significant changes in my body since starting my sessions at Senses.
Being hypermobile comes with daily challenges that this wonderful clinic has been helping me overcome, alongside improving my breathing which was completely unexpected and truly incredible."

Emily, B.

FAQ

How many sessions will I need?

This really depends on the diagnosis, and many other contributing factors. We usually assess how many sessions you need by first learning about how long you've had the issue, and see if you have any other health issues that could be contributing to your recovery. Usually we suggest a minimum of 3-6 visits, which is very common practice.

Is chiropractic safe?

Chiropractic care is very safe, and at Senses we focus on gentle techniques and we ensure that the care is comfortable. We also offer massage and you do not need to have adjustments if you don't feel comfortable.

What happens during my first visit?

We go through a clinical history form where we look into any past injuries, lifestyle choices, and current health concerns. Then we go through physical tests to find answers to your problems. We then discuss the findings and plan of action, and usually start the first treatment within the consultation.

What qualifications does a chiropractor have?

In the UK you must obtain a masters degree specifically in chiropractic to be able to be licensed and able to practice in the UK.
