This 30 minute online assessment includes a medical history taking, including past and present issues. This ideal for those that do not live local, or someone who needs some answers fast. It will include a medical referral letter of your choice.
Online Health Assessment with Plan
£75 (50min)
This 50 minute Online Health Assessment includes thorough medical history taking, specific questions and goal setting to begin creating a plan to help you achieve your goal. This will include a medical referral letter, summary and exercise plan which is created on an app.

This indulgent treatment is specifically tailored towards your needs. This includes a blend of Chiropractic alignment, deep tissue massage, joint mobilisations, guided meditation, breath work and rehab exercises. This is an excellent choice for those looking for clinical care combined with deep relaxation.
